Pope Francis

I watched the Pope arrive at Andrews. It was pomp and ceremony, pagentry, and ritual. I guess we need that to add dignity to the big events we deem important in life. The Pope, for all the passionate and/or controversial things he promotes and stands for is first and foremost a simple man. I’m sure he would agree to that. Some Random Thoughts

I love the rallies for anti-terrorism all over the world. I love the trend where Muslims are standing up to the radical factions of their belief. I abhor the lack of truth in conversation from all sectors of our global society. I love the action of Pope Francis to say that insulting another’s belief is wrong. Catholic Taliban

First of all, full disclosure. I was raised Catholic, but I no longer participate in this dogma for many reasons. Now I have a litany of new reasons. The Archdiocese of Cincinnati has arbitrarily revised its parochial teachers contract for all their teachers whether they are Catholic or not.
